Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Product Category

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of perfumes, all fragrance products sold on Even Perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference not matching expectations
  • Opened or used perfume products

This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and authenticity for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To report an issue, please email us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos or video of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit (if replacement is not available)

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Processing

Since perfumes are a non-returnable category, refunds are generally not applicable except in cases where:

  • The product is confirmed damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was shipped

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
